Hattie Terms
Hattie is operated by ChairFlow Solutions LLC DBA Hattie. These terms cover the Hattie SMS program used for demos, callbacks, setup coordination, and owner/operator lead and call summary alerts after Hattie handles a routed call or setup request.
Hattie setup standard
Hattie is not considered live until the configured call, message, or handoff path passes the agreed setup test. Features that depend on third-party carrier, CRM, calendar, or phone approval are available only after those approvals and tests pass.
SMS terms
If you opt in, Hattie may send low-volume customer-care SMS messages about your Hattie demo, callback request, setup, or owner/operator lead and call summary alerts after Hattie handles a routed call or setup request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
This Hattie SMS program is not used for cold outreach, marketing, billing, or customer-facing SMS sent on behalf of unrelated businesses.

No unsupported promises
Hattie can answer calls routed to the configured Hattie setup after setup and testing. Coverage depends on forwarding, business-hours, carrier, and AI-provider settings staying configured as tested. Hattie does not promise day-one SMS, booking, healthcare workflows, search rankings, revenue outcomes, or coverage for calls not routed to the tested setup.
